Responsibilities
- Lead post-technical-win account strategies and execution plans across multiple Databricks use cases.
- Own technical delivery for assigned customers, including onboarding, enablement, go-live, production health, adoption, and consumption.
- Coordinate customer-facing technical teams and internal resources across Solutions Architecture, Professional Services, Support, User Education, Product, and Engineering.
- Create strategic roadmaps, execution plans, governance processes, and points of view for accelerating workloads into production.
- Act as the first contact for production and go-live technical questions and escalate complex issues to appropriate experts.
- Provide internal and external updates on usage, customer health, risks, investment status, product adoption, and use-case progression.
- Drive customer growth, executive relationships, stakeholder alignment, and commercial outcomes within assigned accounts.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience accountable for technical project or program delivery in data and AI, including participation in customer technical debates and design decisions.
- Programming experience with Python, Spark, and Databricks or a similar data platform.
- Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting role.
- Understanding of solution architecture for distributed data systems and of attributing business value to project deliverables.
- Experience with technical program or project management, including account, stakeholder, and resource management accountability.
- Experience resolving complex escalations with senior customer executives.
- Experience running open-ended discovery workshops, developing strategic roadmaps, conducting business analysis, and managing complex program or project delivery.
- Track record of overachievement against quota, goals, or similar objective targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to travel up to 30% when needed.
