Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy generative AI models and applications using frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Research and evaluate generative AI techniques, models, and tools for SS&C's product suite.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications in collaboration with product managers, data scientists, and engineers.
- Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines for training and fine-tuning generative AI models.
- Optimize model accuracy, latency, and resource utilization.
- Integrate generative AI solutions into existing SS&C platforms and applications.
- Test, debug, and validate generative AI models and applications.
- Contribute to documentation, code reviews, and team knowledge sharing.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or a related quantitative field.
- At least 3 years of relevant software development experience focused on machine learning or artificial intelligence.
- Experience developing and deploying generative AI models, including LLMs, GANs, VAEs, or transformer-based architectures.
- Proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries including TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Strong understanding of natural language processing concepts and techniques.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and MLOps practices for deploying and managing AI models.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and independent-working skills.
- Financial services or financial technology industry experience is preferred.
