Base Salary
$189k - $289k/yr
Responsibilities
- Maximize hardware utilization for asynchronous RL training runs.
- Profile and optimize performance, including custom kernel development.
- Own the post-training infrastructure and manage data pipelines.
- Develop modular workflows for supervised fine-tuning and RL.
- Lead experimentation on reasoning model development.
- Design and build scientific benchmarks and dashboards.
- Train models for planning and tool use over extended horizons.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering skills in Python; C++/CUDA is a plus.
- Experience with distributed ML training frameworks.
- Understanding of large-scale model training techniques.
- Experience with cloud or HPC environments.
- Ability to communicate technical results effectively.
