Responsibilities
- Own and operate the Terraform Enterprise appliance, including upgrades, availability, backups, and user support.
- Manage and evolve Active Directory, Windows Bastion Hosts, and inventory systems.
- Maintain and improve Jenkins continuous integration infrastructure.
- Automate service provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management.
- Monitor, document, and ensure the recoverability of infrastructure services.
- Collaborate with platform and application teams to deliver infrastructure solutions.
- Participate in the out-of-hours on-call rotation.
Requirements
- Experience operating and automating infrastructure services in an enterprise environment.
- Experience across Windows and Linux environments, including Windows Server and Active Directory administration.
- Strong infrastructure-as-code skills and an interest in AI-driven infrastructure management.
- Experience managing and administering Jenkins pipelines.
- Scripting experience in PowerShell, Python, or both.
- Experience managing self-hosted application platforms, including upgrades, patching, and monitoring.
- Proven experience owning services end to end, including deployment, monitoring, incident response, and improvement.
- Desirable experience with inventory or CMDB platforms, Terraform or HCL literacy, certificate management, Kubernetes, and Linux desktop support.
