Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Design, develop, test, maintain, and upgrade RPA workflows using UiPath and Blue Prism.
- Develop and consume APIs and use Python scripting and SQL in automation solutions.
- Collaborate with IT, non-IT stakeholders, Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, QA Analysts, and other cross-functional resources.
- Create test procedures and scenarios for pre-UAT phases.
- Create process and end-user documentation.
- Support operational teams during UAT and rollout phases.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in RPA, particularly UiPath, plus API development, Python scripting, and SQL.
- Additional experience with Power BI, Power Platform, and document understanding is advantageous.
- Strong English communication skills and ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and subject-matter experts.
- Experience developing and consuming REST or SOAP APIs is advantageous.
- UiPath or Blue Prism certification is advantageous.
- Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases is advantageous.
- Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms and tools is advantageous.
- Knowledge of TFS, Git, or SVN is advantageous.
- A bachelor's degree in Data Science, IT, or a related field is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, troubleshooting, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
