Responsibilities
- Build new backend services and maintain features that improve security for Vinted members.
- Contribute to team- and domain-level initiatives in a cross-functional environment.
- Transform large monoliths into smaller, component-based services.
- Develop prevention and mitigation capabilities for malicious actors.
- Monitor and ensure the reliability of written code.
- Collaborate with engineers, share knowledge, and shape solutions affecting millions of members.
Requirements
- Hands-on work experience in software development or operations at scale.
- Cybersecurity experience is a bonus.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and concepts.
- Awareness of current AI solutions and the ability to select appropriate tools to improve work effectiveness.
- Commitment to clean, maintainable, accurate, and high-quality code.
- Strong collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and communication skills.
- Spoken and written English proficiency for diverse contexts.
