Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build LLM agents and automation pipelines to replace manual workflows.
- Design and ship AI-driven care orchestration systems for treatment coordination.
- Identify automation opportunities by collaborating with clinical and business teams.
- Own and ship products used by clinical teams and partners.
- Instrument products and use data to inform future development.
- Build and maintain HIPAA-compliant data architecture and shared services.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience with AI systems in production.
- TypeScript-native, full-stack generalist with frontend and backend skills.
- Proven track record of shipping high-quality code independently.
- Experience as an early employee, solo tech lead, or founder.
- Familiarity with AI in development workflows.
