Base Salary
$104k - $155k/yr
Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Guide the team through Program Increment planning, feature breakdown, and cross-team dependency management.
- Design, code, test, debug, and maintain Java applications within the C2BMC Planner subsystem.
- Develop and maintain automated build pipelines and automation tools.
- Support delivery of sprint and PI goals while resolving obstacles and maintaining team engagement.
- Ensure mission-critical software meets performance, security, reliability, and quality requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field plus 5 years of experience, a related master’s degree plus 3 years of relevant experience, or 9 years of relevant experience in place of a degree.
- Current, active, in-scope government-issued Secret security clearance at the time of application.
- Previous experience as a software engineer, systems engineer, or technical contributor supporting software development teams.
- Knowledge of Java/J2EE or similar object-oriented programming; C++ experience is a plus.
- Experience with coding standards, automated testing, automated build pipelines, and configuration management.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
- Experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Preferred experience includes DoD or missile-defense software, SAFe, Agile feature and user-story breakdown, and Agile team leadership.
- Preferred certifications include CSM, CSP, PMI-ACP, SSM, or PSM; EVMS familiarity is a plus.
