Responsibilities

Translate consulting needs and ambiguous business problems into executable technical solution designs.
Shape technical direction and assess feasibility, scalability, reuse, quality, speed, and commercial value.
Orchestrate engineers across the backlog and coordinate priorities, ownership, and delivery timing.
Work with the Business Analyst to convert demand into prioritized work, technical designs, and delivery actions.
Recommend infrastructure setups and go-to-market approaches for business development opportunities.
Identify and help develop reusable assets, platforms, products, and accelerators with delivery teams and external partners.
Participate in client and partner discussions to explain technical options and demonstrate technical credibility.
Package delivered work so it can be reused, scaled, and sold again.

Senior-level experience spanning business and technical delivery, ideally across consulting, solution design, and engineering coordination.
Demonstrated experience translating ambiguous business problems into deployed technical solutions.
Experience orchestrating or leading technical teams in a fast-moving, high-variety environment.
Strong understanding of modern AI, including agents and LLM applications, and the requirements for scalable and reusable solutions.
Ability to communicate effectively with executive audiences and engineering teams.
Strong commercial judgment and ability to connect technical decisions to business value.
Full professional English proficiency.
Spanish is strongly preferred.
Preferred qualifications include consulting combined with hands-on technical delivery, productization or asset-based commercial models, reusable assets or platforms, and technical support for go-to-market or business development activity.

Work on AI-enabled pre-client initiatives that strengthen proposals and create reusable business capabilities.
Take ownership of technical direction and develop consulting, AI delivery, and product-minded technical leadership skills.
Collaborate across Quotient and Oliver Wyman in a newly created, inclusive, and growth-oriented team.
Participate in a pilot capability designed to scale and gain exposure to building a new function from the ground up.
Hybrid work with remote flexibility, while working from the local office or onsite with clients at least three days per week; office-based teams have at least one weekly anchor day.
Interview process includes a team-lead screening, a technical exercise, and two to three team-fit and craft interviews.
