Responsibilities
- Frame business problems and own delivery of agentic AI solutions from ideation through production.
- Design and implement agents with planning, tool calling, multi-agent, and human-in-the-loop capabilities.
- Collaborate with private banking and asset and wealth management stakeholders, architects, engineers, and control functions.
- Implement evaluation strategies, guardrails, input/output validation, prompt safety, data leakage prevention, and regulated-environment controls.
- Build reusable patterns, components, and reference implementations for portfolio-wide reuse.
- Monitor production agent behavior and improve quality, cost, latency, and safety using evaluations and feedback.
- Translate stakeholder needs into solution requirements, KPIs, and adoption plans.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience designing and building agentic AI workflows.
- Experience with LLM operations, evaluation, test-set development, and disciplined experimentation focused on correctness, latency, cost, and safety.
- Experience with guardrails and responsible AI, including validation, prompt safety, data leakage prevention, and regulated-environment controls.
- Strong Python software engineering skills, including modular design, testing, and version control.
- Experience deploying AI services in AWS and integrating services through REST APIs.
- Familiarity with containerization and Kubernetes.
- Experience with data and analytics platforms such as Snowflake for grounding, retrieval, and context management.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements, KPIs, and adoption plans.
- Strong communication, collaboration, ownership, curiosity, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
