Responsibilities

Design and develop sophisticated, scalable, maintainable web solutions using React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
Apply modern styling techniques and WCAG accessibility standards to create appealing, accessible web experiences.
Provide technical guidance, mentoring, coaching, and proactive support to engineers, product teams, technology teams, customers, and clients.
Contribute to software analysis, architecture, design, specifications, planning, estimations, code reviews, and risk identification.
Create and maintain technical documentation and participate in agile process improvements and delivery activities.
Deploy cloud-based solutions and support infrastructure-as-code practices.
Manage multilingual global websites and contribute to legacy CMS migrations and modern headless CMS implementations.
Use analytics and customer-focused data to inform design and development decisions.

Demonstrable expertise in React and advanced front-end development using TypeScript and JavaScript.
Familiarity with Redux, Context hooks, Next.js, Express, Node.js, and GraphQL.
Advanced proficiency with CSS, SCSS, or Less and strong knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards.
Proven experience developing large-scale, enterprise-level web solutions with global impact.
Experience creating data-driven, user-centric solutions and using web analytics platforms.
Knowledge of SOLID principles, design patterns, Web 3.0 technologies, AR/VR, blockchain, IoT, decentralized networks, and AI fundamentals.
Experience deploying cloud-based solutions using AWS and infrastructure as code with Terraform.
Experience with global multilingual websites and migration from legacy CMS platforms to Contentful, Prismic, Sanity, or dotCMS.
Desirable experience with PCI DSS-compliant products and secure software products.
Ability to mentor engineers, communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, work autonomously, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
