Responsibilities

Design and develop sophisticated, scalable web solutions using React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
Create accessible, visually appealing interfaces using modern styling practices and WCAG standards.
Build and maintain web platform tooling, documentation, architecture, specifications, and peer-reviewed code.
Provide technical guidance and support to product and technology teams, customers, and clients.
Mentor and coach engineers and contribute to engineering-community learning and excellence.
Participate in agile planning, estimation, design sessions, project meetings, process improvements, and Continuous Delivery.
Use analytics and customer insight to inform web design and development decisions.
Support cloud-based deployments, infrastructure as code, multilingual websites, and CMS migration initiatives.

Demonstrable expertise in React and strong knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, Redux, and Context hooks.
Advanced proficiency with CSS, SCSS, or Less and a strong commitment to WCAG-compliant accessible content.
Experience developing large-scale enterprise web solutions and data-driven, user-centric experiences.
Experience with web analytics platforms and modern front-end interactivity, including AR/VR.
Knowledge of Web 3.0 technologies, blockchain, IoT, decentralised networks, and AI fundamentals.
Practical understanding of SOLID principles and design patterns.
Experience deploying cloud-based solutions with AWS and infrastructure as code using Terraform.
Desirable experience with PCI DSS-compliant products and secure software.
Experience managing multilingual websites and migrating legacy CMS platforms to headless CMS platforms such as Contentful, Prismic, Sanity, and dotCMS.
Ability to mentor engineers, communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, work autonomously, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
