Responsibilities
- Embed within Commercial teams to conduct discovery and root-cause analysis.
- Design and build AI solutions that address root causes of inefficiencies.
- Own the end-to-end solution lifecycle, including deployment and user training.
- Lift AI confidence and fluency across the organization through enablement.
- Facilitate hackathons to generate ideas and build prototypes.
- Establish collaborative relationships with Engineering teams.
- Maintain a prioritized roadmap for project execution.
Requirements
- 6-12+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Solutions Engineering, Software Engineering, or Product Management.
- Expertise with Claude Code and hands-on experience deploying AI solutions.
- Fluency with AI and automation tools such as Clay, Microsoft Copilot, and Salesforce.
- Strong discovery and root-cause analysis skills.
- Instinct for process design that integrates tools with workflows.
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth, chaotic environment.
