Responsibilities
- Architect and build high-performance, AI-powered iOS applications for on-device LLM experiences.
- Design scalable client-side frameworks and architectural patterns for efficient LLM integration on iOS.
- Implement software connecting user-facing applications with on-device and hybrid AI reasoning and planning engines.
- Rapidly prototype and iterate on AI interactions and architectural approaches.
- Optimize applications for concurrency, memory management, power consumption, performance, and privacy.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree and 10+ years of professional software development experience.
- Expert experience building high-performance, consumer-facing mobile applications and frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in C++, Objective-C, Swift, or Rust.
- Deep understanding of mobile system fundamentals, including concurrency, memory management, and power optimization.
- Practical knowledge of LLM-powered systems, agent frameworks, and RAG architectures.
- Experience using AI-assisted development workflows for complex debugging, architectural trade-offs, or automation.
- Preferred: experience with Core ML, Foundation Model, SwiftUI, modern iOS architecture, model quantization, caching, and iOS/macOS development.
