Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy automation solutions using Python, n8n, UiPath, and approved AI technologies.
- Build applied AI features using LLM services, structured outputs, tool calling, and agent workflows.
- Create Python- and SQL-based pipelines for reconciliations, validations, data transformations, and operational controls.
- Integrate enterprise systems through REST APIs, JSON, databases, files, and connectors such as Oracle Fusion.
- Use Claude Code and other AI-assisted development tools to prototype, test, deploy, and improve solutions.
- Ensure production readiness through testing, access management, error handling, logging, and audit trails.
- Own and maintain delivered solutions while coordinating with platform, security, and technology teams.
- Work directly with accounting stakeholders to translate business processes into appropriate automation approaches.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in automation, technical business analysis, or solution delivery.
- Strong production-ready Python skills and experience building robust, maintainable applications.
- Hands-on experience with at least one workflow or RPA tool such as UiPath or n8n.
- Experience building reliable REST API integrations, including authentication, data exchange, error handling, and troubleshooting.
- Practical experience building solutions with AI tools, agents, LLMs, or related frameworks.
- Ability to independently deliver solutions from problem definition through deployment.
- Fluent English and availability to work during Central European business hours.
- Experience with accounting processes or enterprise platforms such as Oracle Fusion, Snowflake, or Power BI is advantageous.
- Familiarity with LangChain, Mastra, MCP, AWS, Azure, cloud deployment, or containerization is advantageous.
- An Engineering or Computer Science degree and certifications in Data Science, AI, or RPA such as UiPath Developer Certification are advantageous.
