Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy automation solutions using Python, n8n, UiPath, workflow logic, system integrations, and exception handling.
- Build applied AI features using LLM services such as Claude, structured outputs, tool calling, and agent workflows.
- Create Python and SQL data processing pipelines for reconciliations, validations, transformations, and operational controls.
- Integrate enterprise systems through REST APIs, JSON, databases, files, and connectors, including systems such as Oracle Fusion.
- Use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code for prototyping, testing, and deployment.
- Implement testing, access management, error handling, logging, and audit trails to ensure production readiness.
- Maintain and improve delivered solutions while coordinating with platform, security, and technology teams.
- Work with accounting stakeholders to understand manual processes and independently define appropriate automation approaches.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in automation, technical business analysis, or solution delivery.
- Strong production-ready Python skills and experience building maintainable, robust applications.
- Practical experience with at least one workflow or RPA tool such as UiPath or n8n.
- Experience building reliable REST API integrations, including authentication, data exchange, error handling, and troubleshooting.
- Practical experience building solutions with an AI tool, agent, or LLM framework.
- Ability to independently take problems from definition through deployment without extensive supervision.
- Fluent English and comfort working during Central European business hours.
- Experience with accounting processes or enterprise tools such as Oracle Fusion, Snowflake, or Power BI is advantageous.
- Familiarity with LangChain, Mastra, MCP, cloud deployment on AWS or Azure, containerization, or CI/CD is advantageous.
- An Engineering or Computer Science degree and certifications in Data Science, AI, or RPA, such as UiPath Developer Certification, are advantageous.
