Responsibilities
- Partner with account executives to understand customer requirements and translate them into aligned technical solutions.
- Advise enterprise customers throughout Claude discovery, evaluation, adoption, and deployment.
- Support customers building with the Claude API and Claude for Work.
- Create and deliver technical deep dives and business-value presentations for engineering teams, IT stakeholders, and executives.
- Guide scalable architecture decisions and Claude integration with existing enterprise technology stacks.
- Help customers develop evaluation frameworks to measure Claude performance for their use cases.
- Identify integration patterns and provide insights to Product and Engineering teams.
- Coordinate across internal teams and stakeholders to drive customer success.
- Travel occasionally within India and APAC for customer workshops and technical engagements.
- Maintain current knowledge of LLM capabilities and implementation patterns while serving as the technical expert for the India market.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
- Experience working with enterprise customers in India or the APAC region and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder buying cycles.
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills across C-suite, engineering, IT, and business audiences.
- Strong ability to translate requirements between technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating enterprise systems.
- Comfort with Python.
- Familiarity with common LLM frameworks and tools, or a background in machine learning or data science.
- Ability to collaborate across organizations, cultures, priorities, and time zones.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in a relevant field demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience.
