Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and translate them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, modify, test, troubleshoot, and maintain software programs and modules.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Investigate system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend performance or availability improvements.
- Coordinate with functional teams, systems analysts, project managers, engineering staff, clients, and stakeholders.
- Prepare code documentation, reports, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, project specifications, and status updates.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, implementation, and release-plan adherence.
- Capture client requirements and clarifications, respond to customer requests, and collect feedback.
- Track quality risks, usability, serviceability, delivery status, and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in continuing education, programming-language training, and assigned certification activities.
