Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead major mobile workstreams within the Neighborhoods initiative.
- Drive cross-team architecture and execution for seamless integration of features.
- Shape mobile systems connecting customer discovery with seller workflows.
- Stay hands-on in iOS development using SwiftUI and related technologies.
- Partner with backend, web, and Android engineers to ship high-quality features.
- Work cross-functionally with product managers and designers to define product scope.
- Use AI tools to enhance feature development and improve engineering workflows.
- Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar for the team.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in iOS engineering design and implementation.
- Deep experience with Swift and Objective-C.
- Experience leading multi-person mobile initiatives across team boundaries.
- Proven ability to deliver solutions to customers through cross-team collaboration.
- Track record of shaping team mission and mentoring engineers.
