Base Salary
$60k - $94k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive software development across the full application lifecycle, from design through deployment and support.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, PL/SQL, and Oracle technologies.
- Perform application deployments across environments while supporting system stability and performance.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and align deliverables with business objectives.
- Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Use AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to improve development efficiency and automate processes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver business value and mentor junior developers.
Requirements
- Strong experience developing enterprise applications with Java and Spring Boot.
- Hands-on PL/SQL development experience, including query optimization and database programming.
- Experience with Oracle Database technologies.
- Understanding of AI and Agentic AI concepts and the ability to use AI tools to enhance productivity and solution delivery.
- Exposure to Kubernetes, containerization technologies, or AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience working in Agile software development environments.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred qualifications include experience in large-scale healthcare or payer technology environments, microservices and cloud-native development, DevOps and automated deployment practices, AI-assisted software engineering, and mentoring or technical leadership.
