Base Salary
$120k - $141k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, operate, and maintain software products.
- Write production-ready, testable code and take full-stack ownership of product development.
- Create scalable, reliable, performant technical designs and analyze system failures.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and promote engineering best practices.
- Support compliance, security, software reliability, and operational improvement efforts.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and partner engineering teams to deliver customer-focused applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Five to six years of relevant experience.
- Experience leading development of modern web applications.
- Strong backend and ML systems experience, including ML platform engineering.
- GenAI exposure and strong AI/ML understanding, including embeddings.
- Leadership, mentoring, coaching, collaboration, analytical, and code-review skills.
- Experience architecting and implementing high-performing applications with complex APIs and integrations.
