Responsibilities
- Deploy customer use cases using data analytics, data science, machine learning, and GenAI.
- Perform complex data transformations with SQL and Python to optimize data for analysis.
- Implement and configure the Celonis platform for customers.
- Gather customer requirements and showcase deliverables directly to end customers.
- Collaborate with consultants and internal stakeholders to develop value-driven operational solutions.
- Build critical KPIs and integrate them into customer solutions.
- Develop Python scripts with the Machine Learning Workbench to consume, transform, and transmit data to the Celonis platform.
- Complete practical assignments across customer projects and gain experience across implementation, automation, enablement, support, and customer engagement.
Requirements
- Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a comparable field.
- 0–2 years of experience in IT consulting, data science, or a similar area, including internships or entry-level work.
- Strong interest in big data, data mining, LLMs, and process mining.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or another programming language such as Python, R, or Matlab.
- Ability to interpret business processes, solve challenging problems, and interact with customers.
- Fluency in English.
