Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and convert them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, modify, debug, and maintain software programs and modules.
- Create and execute test cases, scenarios, and usage cases to validate software quality.
- Automate software validation processes and troubleshoot system issues.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring of software.
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend system performance or availability improvements.
- Prepare code, documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, reports, and project status updates.
- Coordinate with project teams, analysts, engineering staff, project managers, and clients.
- Capture client requirements and clarifications and provide timely responses to customer requests.
- Track quality risks, usability, serviceability, delivery schedules, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Mandatory skill: SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling.
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Experience designing, coding, testing, debugging, and maintaining software solutions.
- Ability to analyze requirements, system flows, data usage, work processes, and software feasibility.
- Ability to develop test cases and automate software validation.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot software and system issues.
- Ability to prepare accurate technical documentation, reports, and status updates.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to pursue continuing education, certifications, and new programming languages.
