Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services, optimized database schemas, and interactive frontend application interfaces.
- Own end-to-end delivery of core product modules from requirements gathering and system design through deployment, monitoring, and production support.
- Write clean, extensible, and testable code using object-oriented programming and SOLID design principles.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, and SRE teams to deliver platform capabilities.
- Ensure high availability, multi-tenant fault tolerance, security compliance, and observability across backend and frontend infrastructure.
- Identify and resolve database, service, and client-side performance bottlenecks.
- Lead code reviews, drive engineering best practices, and mentor junior-to-mid-level systems engineers.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of progressive experience building and scaling software products in product engineering teams.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Deep full-stack engineering experience across backend services, REST APIs, caching layers, and modern frontend development frameworks.
- Strong data structures, algorithms, system design, data modeling, and time/space complexity knowledge.
- Experience designing scalable, highly available, fault-tolerant, multi-tenant systems and working with RDBMS, NoSQL, and queuing systems.
- Verifiable experience shipping and supporting enterprise-grade SaaS features at scale.
- Experience working with or integrating AI tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and technical design articulation skills.
