Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deliver full-stack solutions on AEMaaCS across backend and frontend layers.
- Build AEM Sites components, editable templates, policies, dialogs, and client libraries using HTL/Sightly and Java.
- Configure and manage AEM workflows, publishing and replication, permissions, and content governance.
- Lead projects, implementations, upgrades, technical teams, standards, procedures, roadmaps, and delivery strategies.
- Debug production issues, review peer code, provide on-call technical and business support, and participate in 24x7 production support.
- Develop test plans, use cases, testing practices, unit tests, user acceptance support, and production documentation.
- Migrate objects between environments and ensure deliverables include audit, compliance, and security controls.
- Research and recommend new AEMaaCS features and identify improvements in collaboration with clients and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of IT experience and 8 years of Adobe Experience Manager experience.
- Hands-on expertise developing and testing software, including AEMaaCS solutions with Java, Sling, OSGi, and HTL/Sightly.
- Knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform, including XDM, identity, profiles, audiences, segmentation, and data ingestion.
- Knowledge of Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, or AEP.
- Ability to lead large technical teams and complex projects, with advanced analytical, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with version control, job scheduling, configuration management, secure coding, and CI/CD tools and practices.
- Master’s degree in information systems, computer engineering, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- AEM Certified Architect or equivalent Adobe certification and financial services experience are preferred.
