Responsibilities
- Design, build, deploy, operate, and monitor highly available, business-critical software using Java and Spring Boot.
- Design, build, and manage Informatica IDMC integrations and dataflows using Cloud App Integration, Data Integration & Replication, and Customer 360 MDM.
- Integrate software through API-based and event-based patterns using GCP native products.
- Apply Hexagonal Architecture, Domain-Driven Design, CQRS, behavior-driven development, and AI-assisted development techniques.
- Design software solutions and document architecture using Mermaid and C4 modeling.
- Guide requirements through definition, implementation, and deployment, including disaggregating requirements into implementable work.
- Coach teammates on design patterns and software engineering practices and contribute to organizational learning.
Requirements
- At least five years of software engineering experience, primarily with Java and Spring Boot, with deep Spring experience required.
- At least two years of Informatica-based flow implementation experience, including XQuery scripting and CAI, CDI, and MDM capabilities; Informatica development experience is required.
- At least two years of experience implementing software with Domain-Driven Design patterns.
- Demonstrable experience with Hexagonal Architecture, CQRS, API integrations, event-driven solutions, software design, Mermaid, and C4 modeling.
- Experience with behavior-driven development and automated testing using BDD features and scenarios.
- Working experience with GCP, CloudBuild, Terraform, Hoppscotch, GraphQL, Jira, and GitHub.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Preferred qualifications include GCP Associate Cloud Engineer, Generative AI Leader, Informatica Professional, Apollo GraphQL Developer or Professional, or OCP Java SE 17 Developer certifications.
