Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and convert them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, modify, test, debug, and maintain software programs and modules.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Perform root-cause analysis, troubleshoot system issues, and recommend system improvements.
- Evaluate software requirements, operational feasibility, software-hardware interfaces, and performance requirements.
- Prepare code, technical documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, reports, and project status updates.
- Coordinate with functional teams, systems analysts, project managers, engineering staff, clients, and stakeholders.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, implementation, release schedules, and quality assurance.
- Capture client requirements and clarifications, respond to customer requests, and collect feedback to support timely delivery.
- Participate in continuing education and training to remain current with programming practices and languages.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory skill in Transformation Engineering.
- Experience designing, coding, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining software solutions.
- Ability to analyze requirements, systems flow, data usage, work processes, and software problems.
- Ability to develop software validation processes and execute test cases.
- Ability to create clear technical documentation, reports, and code comments.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, analysts, engineering staff, and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to provide customer-focused communication and status reporting.
