ML Engineer
GE VernovaResponsibilities
- Design, architect, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient software solutions that integrate AI/ML models.
- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, well-documented code and participate in technical design and architecture reviews.
- Contribute to internal tools, operational processes, coding standards, and software development best practices.
- Support Senior and Principal Engineers in safeguarding design quality.
- Participate in product introduction, cost improvements, schedule adherence, and problem resolution.
- Follow software development and deployment practices, including Agile and NPI/OTR processes.
- Promote collaboration, continuous learning, and an inclusive team environment.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of strong software engineering experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s of Science in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Engineering, or Mathematics.
- Experience with web technologies and version control systems in an industrial context.
- Experience with Python, JavaScript, AWS, and frameworks or libraries such as React, NumPy, Torch, and Sanic.
- Ability to work across organizations in a matrix environment.
- Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, problem analysis, and resolution skills.
