Responsibilities
- Assist with developing, testing, and deploying machine learning algorithms and models.
- Contribute to data collection pipelines, data cleaning, feature engineering, and preparation of training datasets.
- Debug code, perform unit testing, and document software to support reliability and reproducibility.
- Support integration of trained machine learning models into enterprise applications.
- Learn and apply MLOps practices including containerization, deployment pipelines, and post-deployment performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and data scientists to translate business requirements into manageable machine learning tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or a closely related quantitative field.
- Solid understanding of machine learning principles, evaluation metrics, statistical methods, and foundational deep learning concepts.
- Strong Python programming skills and practical experience with NumPy, pandas, and scikit-learn.
- Understanding of fundamental data structures and basic data modeling concepts.
- Ability to solve well-defined problems using structured engineering methodologies.
- Preferred familiarity with PyTorch or TensorFlow, AWS, Microsoft Azure, or GCP.
- Preferred experience with Git/GitHub and basic Linux/Bash scripting.
- Academic or project experience with machine learning, data science, generative AI, transformer architectures, or Large Language Models is beneficial.
