Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI/ML model strategies for the Global Reconciliation Utility and Data Engineering team.
- Build and deploy scalable, robust agentic AI frameworks and Generative AI solutions for critical banking use cases.
- Integrate machine learning and large language model tools and services into full-stack applications.
- Prototype and integrate advances in agent-based systems, autonomous AI, and generative AI.
- Collaborate with AI researchers, data scientists, product managers, and software engineers to scale AI solutions.
- Write production-quality code, develop proof-of-concepts, validate architecture decisions, and establish technical standards.
- Deploy AI-enabled capabilities as secure, reliable, cloud-native, container-first enterprise services.
- Design evaluation metrics and strategies for AI system and agent performance and drive continuous optimization.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience engineering and executing scalable enterprise solutions.
- Deep expertise in AI principles, agent-based systems, machine learning, and advanced software engineering practices.
- Expert proficiency in Python.
- Experience implementing Generative AI use cases with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and ADK.
- Advanced knowledge of LLMs, including implementation with vector databases, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and model tuning.
- Ability to perform solution architecture validations for LLMs.
- Understanding of machine learning models and experience with NLP libraries and tools.
- Experience putting Generative AI models into production and supporting them through GenAIOps.
- Experience using Docker to create reproducible and scalable environments.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, statistical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and independent-working skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent; a master’s degree is preferred.
