ML Engineer

- Develop technical solutions that integrate AI and machine learning models into software products and processes.
- Design and architect scalable, efficient, secure, and high-performing software systems.
- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code and contribute to coding standards and best practices.
- Develop internal tools and processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Participate in technical design and architecture reviews, product introduction, cost improvements, schedule adherence, and problem resolution.
- Support Senior and Principal Engineers in safeguarding design quality.
- Follow software development and deployment practices and maintain high standards of code quality and documentation.
- Foster collaboration, continuous learning, and development within the team.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of strong software engineering experience.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Engineering, or Mathematics.
- Experience with web technologies and version control systems in an industrial context.
- Experience with Python, JavaScript, and AWS.
- Experience with React, NumPy, Torch, and Sanic is required or expected as stated in the qualifications.
- Ability to work across organizations in a matrix environment.
- Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, problem analysis, and resolution skills.
