Base Salary
$144k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop scalable and resilient software for Amazon Connect Contact Lens and next-generation contact centers.
- Own software code end to end from design through development.
- Design and build large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services.
- Solve complex engineering and algorithmic problems while maintaining a strong customer focus.
- Collaborate with senior technical leaders within the team and across the organization.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- At least 1 year of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
- At least 1 year of experience designing and developing large-scale software applications, tools, systems, or services using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
- At least 1 year of object-oriented design experience.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
- Preferred: 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
