Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship features across AI platform infrastructure.
- Develop and extend autonomous agents for the software development lifecycle.
- Contribute to the internal plugin marketplace for AI assistant behavior.
- Implement Model Context Protocol services for AI-powered workflows.
- Provide full-stack contributions across backend and frontend interfaces.
- Write high-quality, well-tested code and participate in design reviews.
- Collaborate with product management to shape feature requirements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing scalable software systems.
- Experience with LLM-powered agents or AI-assisted developer tooling.
- Familiarity with AI coding assistants and interest in extending them.
- Knowledge of Model Context Protocol and agentic frameworks.
- Working knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM behavior.
- Strong foundation in modern backend and frontend technologies.
- Experience with distributed systems, REST APIs, and cloud-native infrastructure.
- Strong customer empathy and a drive to improve developer experiences.
