Responsibilities
- Develop, design, test, and deploy AEM Assets and Sites.
- Share innovative concepts and strategies for development execution.
- Provide expertise in AEM and knowledge of Adobe Target and Analytics.
- Ensure adherence to web best practices including user experience and SEO.
- Maintain strong coding standards for efficiency and readability.
- Troubleshoot and debug code, providing fixes and workarounds.
- Mentor peers and provide technical guidance.
- Conduct code and design reviews to ensure quality standards.
- Influence development decisions based on digital marketing trends.
- Apply an AI-first mentality to iterate on technical proof-of-concepts.
Requirements
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent experience.
- 8-10 years of experience in AEM Content Management and developer tools.
- Strong experience with AEM building blocks like templates and components.
- Experience migrating AEM Sites to AEM as a Cloud Service.
- Hands-on knowledge of the Content Transfer Tool for content migration.
- Ability to refactor legacy AMS code for cloud compatibility.
- Strong understanding of AEMaaCS complexities and environment constraints.
- Experience with Experience fragments, Content fragments, and SPA.
- Familiarity with Java concepts, JSP, Sling, and web services.
- Expertise with Adobe Experience Cloud implementations.
- Experience with project automation technologies like Jenkins and GitHub.
- Working knowledge of web technologies like Tomcat and CDNs.
- Deep familiarity with digital production marketing technology.
- Proficient in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues.
- Experience in Agile development practices.
- Strong knowledge of technical documentation processes.
- Flexibility to work with geographically diverse teams.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and business interactions.
