Responsibilities
- Lead the technical delivery of customer engagements, including discovery, requirements gathering, and implementation.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor for customers, guiding architectural decisions.
- Design and build custom agents, integrations, and data pipelines.
- Manage large-scale content and data migrations, including validation and optimization.
- Collaborate with customer engineering and IT teams to gather technical requirements.
- Troubleshoot complex implementation issues across various technical domains.
- Translate real-world challenges into actionable insights for product improvements.
- Create reusable technical assets and improve methodologies for service delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing or forward deployed engineering role.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, JavaScript, Node.js, SQL, or Python.
- Hands-on experience with APIs and data integration.
- Ability to lead technical discovery and assess feasibility of solutions.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record of delivering customer value through technical solutions.
