Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deliver low-code applications, automations, and AI-powered tools across Microsoft 365 and enterprise AI platforms.
- Participate in solution design reviews and contribute to scalable, maintainable technical design standards aligned with enterprise architecture.
- Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and identify opportunities to extend existing solutions or build new practical AI solutions.
- Partner with end users and business teams to gather requirements, provide guidance, and improve productivity-tool adoption.
- Troubleshoot complex technical problems, perform needs analysis, and recommend improved business-process solutions.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for core productivity and AI tools and provide Level 3 escalation support.
- Research and implement tools and technologies that meet company needs.
- Present technical evaluations and recommendations regarding Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI/ChatGPT, Anthropic Claude, and other emerging AI tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and 5+ years of related experience; five years of related experience may substitute for the formal education requirement.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 products, including SharePoint, Teams, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Platform administration.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and translate business requirements into scalable, practical low-code solutions.
- Strong developer fundamentals in Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and API integrations.
- Experience with enterprise AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio and responsible AI principles is a plus.
- Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, communication, documentation, presentation, and stakeholder relationship-building skills.
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900), or equivalent enterprise AI certification, is preferred.
