Responsibilities

Design, build, and deliver low-code applications, automations, and AI-powered tools across Microsoft 365 and enterprise AI platforms.
Participate in solution design reviews and contribute to scalable, maintainable technical design standards aligned with enterprise architecture.
Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and identify opportunities to extend existing solutions or build new practical AI solutions.
Partner with end users and business teams to gather requirements, provide guidance, and improve productivity-tool adoption.
Troubleshoot complex technical problems, perform needs analysis, and recommend improved business-process solutions.
Serve as the subject matter expert for core productivity and AI tools and provide Level 3 escalation support.
Research and implement tools and technologies that meet company needs.
Present technical evaluations and recommendations regarding Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI/ChatGPT, Anthropic Claude, and other emerging AI tools.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and 5+ years of related experience; five years of related experience may substitute for the formal education requirement.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 products, including SharePoint, Teams, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Platform administration.
Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and translate business requirements into scalable, practical low-code solutions.
Strong developer fundamentals in Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and API integrations.
Experience with enterprise AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio and responsible AI principles is a plus.
Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, communication, documentation, presentation, and stakeholder relationship-building skills.
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900), or equivalent enterprise AI certification, is preferred.

The position may be performed remotely anywhere within the United States except Alaska, with rare or occasional travel as needed.
