Responsibilities
- Lead business process due diligence and advise on best practices.
- Design and create end-user requirements for customer application implementation projects.
- Deliver high-quality solutions throughout the full lifecycle of Veeva applications.
- Collaborate with customers, vendors, and colleagues to drive customer success.
- Provide direction to junior team members and support recruitment efforts.
- Create high-quality assessments and commercial architecture to support solution design.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Commercial IT Architecture in Life Sciences.
- Proven ability to lead colleagues and customers through complex challenges.
- Experience with commercial solutions and architecture design.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, fluent in English.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
