Responsibilities
- Integrate sensor data acquisition and ML inference systems for robust real-time performance.
- Collaborate with embedded systems, hardware, software, and ML teams to run complex software efficiently on wearable hardware and cloud backends.
- Design and implement tools for analyzing algorithm performance and quality.
- Write clean, well-designed, and tested C++ code.
- Communicate technical tradeoffs through design documents and reviews.
- Isolate root causes across different software systems and resolve system integration issues.
Requirements
- BSc in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
- At least 2 years of experience in C++ software development.
- Strong knowledge of C++ and computer science fundamentals.
- Experience with Git, version control, large codebases, code reviews, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Fluency in English.
- Preferred experience includes asynchronous programming, real-time systems, digital signal processing, time series analysis, EEG or other physiological sensing systems, wearable devices, sensor systems, continuous integration, code quality tools, and AI tools for engineering workflows.
