Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure Salesforce applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Customize and extend Salesforce platforms for complex business needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the Salesforce environment.
- Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems using appropriate integration methods and tools.
- Contribute as a subject-matter expert, collaborate with multiple teams, and make team decisions.
- Lead process improvements, coordinate cross-functional communication, and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in Salesforce Development.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Development and strong knowledge of application design and software configuration.
- Experience customizing and extending Salesforce for complex business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot Salesforce technical issues and familiarity with enterprise integrations.
- Understanding of data management and security best practices in cloud-based applications.
- 15 years of full-time education.
