Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver features end-to-end from design and development through deployment and maintenance.
  • Provide technical support to internal stakeholders in Finance, Sales, and Revenue Operations.
  • Build and extend Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.
  • Design and maintain integrations with third-party systems including Zuora Billing and Marketo.
  • Contribute through code reviews, documentation, pairing, and knowledge sharing.
  • Lead incident response, communicate with users, resolve issues, and prevent recurrence.

Requirements

  • Solid Salesforce platform development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.
  • Confident understanding of Salesforce governor limits, asynchronous patterns, and the platform security model.
  • Experience applying Salesforce design patterns including bulkification, separation of concerns, and trigger frameworks.
  • Ability to design and build REST API and event-driven integrations and understand connected-system data flows.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical constraints for business stakeholders.
  • Proactive, self-directed approach with ownership and comfort navigating ambiguity.
