Responsibilities
- Build and deploy AI-powered services or integrations to automate critical workflows.
- Design and implement connectors between AI systems and platforms like Salesforce or Workday.
- Identify high-impact opportunities and translate them into scalable internal tools.
- Improve reliability and performance of existing AI-enabled systems.
- Evaluate new AI tools and contribute to secure adoption decisions.
- Ensure systems meet security, compliance, and governance standards.
- Lead sessions to help teams understand and adopt new AI capabilities.
- Create reusable components and services for easier AI leverage.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering or related technical roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Experience with AI technologies and their integration into applications.
- Proficient in REST APIs, microservices, and system integrations.
- Experience building internal tools or shared services.
- Familiarity with authentication and security patterns like OAuth and JWT.
- Ability to debug across full-stack systems including services and cloud infrastructure.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
