Base Salary
$150k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Create, improve, and maintain production services for health feature analysis.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers to enhance ML data pipelines and validation systems.
- Translate research prototypes into production ML systems optimized for scale and efficiency.
- Align model development with health insights and member impact through collaboration.
- Participate in on-call rotations for data science services to ensure uptime.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- 4+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or Software Engineer.
- Proven experience with time series data, preferably from wearable or physiological sensors.
- Experience designing and deploying ML inference systems at scale.
- Strong coding skills in Python with a focus on clean, production-quality code.
- Fundamentals in backend/service development related to serving ML models.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and CI/CD practices.
