Base Salary
$95k - $120k/yr
Responsibilities
- Review functional requirements and user stories from stakeholders.
- Build automated test cases and contribute to test pipelines.
- Explore and implement AI-assisted testing strategies.
- Evaluate AI/ML tooling to improve team velocity and quality coverage.
- Instill QA best practices on the scrum team.
- Write tests from abstract requirements.
- Provide feedback on product performance and user experience.
- Participate in all aspects of the Agile SDLC.
- Configure and verify continuous build plans in Jenkins and SonarQube.
- Contribute to the review of product documentation and release notes.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Software Quality Assurance experience, preferably in Financial Technology.
- Experience in an Agile environment using tools like Jira and Jenkins.
- Foundational understanding of Git and GitHub workflows.
- Experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD automation.
- Coded UI Automation experience with Selenium WebDriver; Python and Pytest required.
- Working knowledge of a scripting language; Groovy and Ruby on Rails are a plus.
- Experience with web service and API testing tools like Postman.
- Performance testing experience with JMeter or Locust.io is a plus.
- SQL experience with MSSQL or Postgres.
- Familiarity with containerized environments and deployment tooling like Docker.
