Responsibilities
- Design, code, customize, and enhance software components and SAP HCM Payroll functionality.
- Configure SAP HCM Payroll modules to meet organizational requirements.
- Troubleshoot payroll calculations, integrations, and related system issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain existing software components to improve reliability and performance.
- Document development processes and solutions for team knowledge sharing.
- Work independently, contribute to team discussions, and provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Support and guide junior team members.
- Follow payroll data security and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll, including payroll processing and related business processes.
- Experience customizing and configuring SAP HCM Payroll modules.
- Ability to troubleshoot payroll calculations and integrations.
- Familiarity with SAP development tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of Core HRIS processes and HR operations.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- MS Office and Excel skills.
- Strong customer orientation, attention to detail, confidentiality, resilience, organization, prioritization, teamwork, and multicultural awareness.
