Base Salary
$140k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build internal AI agents and automation workflows using Snowflake Cortex, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.
- Develop reusable tools, APIs, libraries, and components for agentic workflows and data collaboration capabilities.
- Implement retrieval-augmented generation, context management, prompt patterns, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop execution.
- Build evaluation harnesses, regression tests, monitoring, and metrics for AI-agent accuracy, latency, cost, reliability, and failure rates.
- Design, build, and maintain production-grade Python applications, libraries, and services using maintainable object-oriented designs.
- Create reusable components for clean room, audience onboarding, ingestion, indexing, activation, campaign and impression analysis, reach and frequency, attribution, and incrementality workflows.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, and data platform teams to deliver scalable technical solutions.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews and technical design discussions and help establish standards for AI-assisted workflows and production automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 5 years of experience building production-grade software with Python, including libraries, services, testing, CI/CD, and code reviews.
- Hands-on experience building LLM applications involving LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, vector databases, prompt engineering, or frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
- Experience designing AI-enabled workflows, reasoning agents, tool-using agents, or complex automation systems.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or similar technologies.
- Strong understanding of production system design, observability, reliability, scalability, performance tuning, and operational support.
- Preferred experience with data clean rooms or platforms such as Snowflake Clean Rooms, Databricks Clean Rooms, LiveRamp, or Habu.
- Preferred experience with advertising technology, audience activation, campaign delivery, reach and frequency, attribution, incrementality, or reporting workflows.
- Preferred Snowflake SnowPro Core Certification, Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate, or similar cloud/data platform certification.
