AI Agent Algorithm Engineer Graduate (Global E-Commerce, Conversational AI) - 2027 Start

- Build and evolve the agent runtime and harness, including skill and tool orchestration, loop control, progressive disclosure, and behavior-level guardrails.
- Engineer long-context and agentic memory capabilities, including structured note-taking, context compaction, context editing, observation masking, and retrieve-then-load retrieval.
- Post-train and fine-tune LLMs and build data flywheels that convert conversations into training, evaluation, and retrieval signals.
- Design and integrate tools, Skills, MCP connectors, and tool or skill search for large tool inventories.
- Build evaluation harnesses using LLM-as-judge, human-agreement calibration, regression, safety, cost, and latency analysis.
- Develop self-evolving replay, user-simulator, Auto-RCA, Auto-GSB, and Auto-Policy loops.
- Own an end-to-end production surface across 30+ languages and measure business outcomes including CSAT and resolution or containment rate.
Requirements
- Completing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in computer science, AI, mathematics, or another quantitative field.
- Strong Python skills plus proficiency in one of C++, Go, Rust, or Java.
- Solid machine learning, deep learning, and NLP fundamentals with hands-on LLM or agent experience through coursework, research, internships, competitions, open source, or serious side projects.
- Ability to read research papers or engineering blogs and turn the ideas into working code.
- Preferred: completing or recently completed a master's degree in a relevant quantitative field.
- Preferred: experience building an agent runtime, harness, memory or context-management system, RAG or tool-use agent, or fine-tuned or post-trained model.
- Preferred: depth in post-training, agent systems, evaluation, inference and serving, or multilingual NLP, including technologies such as SFT, DPO, RLHF, RLAIF, RLVR, reward modeling, MCP, vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, MoE, KV or prompt caching, τ-bench, SWE-bench, GAIA, or BFCL.
