Responsibilities
- Build and ship customer-facing web features within a product squad.
- Own feature quality from design through production.
- Lead technical design discussions and contribute to guild-wide improvements.
- Improve developer experience, team tools, and processes.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, Mobile, and other technology teams.
- Use AI tools for codebase exploration, technical design, prototyping, coding, and testing while applying human judgment.
- Contribute to and use Qonto’s design system and UI library.
Requirements
- At least three years of professional experience using React.js.
- Proficiency with frontend engineering, HTML, and CSS, including writing pure CSS without libraries such as Tailwind.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Clear, organized, concise, and accurate communication skills.
- Ability to use AI effectively while validating outputs and protecting product reliability and user trust.
