Responsibilities
- Own and advance the Backoffice Application Stack used by product teams to build internal applications.
- Develop new backoffice features based on requirements and user needs.
- Build reusable UI components and contribute to shared libraries and design systems.
- Integrate graphical user interfaces with backend services through REST and GraphQL APIs.
- Ensure application state consistency, performance, accessibility, testing, and code quality.
- Collaborate with product owners, frontend engineers, backend engineers, and design teams on architecture and design decisions.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, sprint planning, estimation, and refinement.
- Contribute to deployment, release, monitoring, frontend tooling, documentation, and continuous improvement.
- Lead platform delivery from concept through production and drive frontend standards and scalability discussions.
- Mentor other engineers and support onboarding of new team members.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience as a Software Engineer or equivalent frontend development experience.
- Experience building and maintaining production-ready web applications with modern frontend frameworks.
- Experience designing reusable UI components and contributing to shared libraries and design systems.
- Experience integrating REST and GraphQL APIs and maintaining consistent application state and performance.
- Knowledge of accessibility, testing, and performance optimization best practices.
- Ability to deliver complex frontend features independently within cross-functional teams.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience contributing to frontend architecture, standards, tooling, documentation, and technical discussions.
