Responsibilities

Own and advance the Backoffice Application Stack used by product teams to build internal applications.
Develop new backoffice features based on requirements and user needs.
Build reusable UI components and contribute to shared libraries and design systems.
Integrate graphical user interfaces with backend services through REST and GraphQL APIs.
Ensure application state consistency, performance, accessibility, testing, and code quality.
Collaborate with product owners, frontend engineers, backend engineers, and design teams on architecture and design decisions.
Participate in code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, sprint planning, estimation, and refinement.
Contribute to deployment, release, monitoring, frontend tooling, documentation, and continuous improvement.
Lead platform delivery from concept through production and drive frontend standards and scalability discussions.
Mentor other engineers and support onboarding of new team members.

At least 7 years of experience as a Software Engineer or equivalent frontend development experience.
Experience building and maintaining production-ready web applications with modern frontend frameworks.
Experience designing reusable UI components and contributing to shared libraries and design systems.
Experience integrating REST and GraphQL APIs and maintaining consistent application state and performance.
Knowledge of accessibility, testing, and performance optimization best practices.
Ability to deliver complex frontend features independently within cross-functional teams.
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience contributing to frontend architecture, standards, tooling, documentation, and technical discussions.
