Responsibilities
- Improve existing designs and architecture for quarter-bounded projects and mission-critical squad areas.
- Facilitate technical discussions around complex issues and explore technologies with meaningful team impact.
- Contribute to high-impact chaos mitigation and identify tasks that optimize delivery.
- Build, launch, monitor, and support owned products in a distributed service-oriented architecture.
- Deliver high-quality code with tests, documentation, and detailed pull request descriptions, while participating in constructive code reviews.
- Collaborate across technical domains and support a learning and knowledge-sharing environment.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer.
- Strong technical abilities in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Experience configuring CI/CD pipelines such as CircleCI or equivalent.
- Experience delivering tested, documented, well-organized code and participating in in-depth code reviews.
- Interest in technologies including GCS, Kubernetes, Docker, REST APIs, Python, Vue.js, Nuxt, Algolia, and Datadog.
- Ability to demonstrate end-to-end product thinking, curiosity across the stack, collaboration, communication, and comfort navigating ambiguity.
- Professional English proficiency for collaboration with an international team.
