Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement scalable AI platform services.
- Apply LLMs and AI technologies to enhance ClickUp’s features.
- Build and maintain robust APIs and backend systems for AI integration.
- Develop infrastructure for model serving, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Integrate with multiple LLM providers and manage model selection.
- Drive adoption of best practices in AI privacy, security, and compliance.
- Optimize platform performance and cost-efficiency using cloud-native technologies.
- Stay current with advancements in AI infrastructure and MLOps.
- Collaborate with product, frontend, and data teams for user-centric AI experiences.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in designing scalable AI/ML platforms in production.
- Proven track record of applying LLMs to real-world product features.
- Deep expertise in backend engineering and distributed systems.
- Experience integrating and managing multiple LLMs and AI models.
- Proficiency in orchestration frameworks and workflow engines.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Go, TypeScript, or similar languages.
- Experience with MLOps best practices for model deployment and monitoring.
- Ability to address AI privacy and security challenges.
- Familiarity with search technologies in AI applications.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
